| Project Detail : | Forever Infrabuild India is planning to develop a commercial complex and hotel 'Saya South X' at Greater Noida in Gautam Budh Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh The project will come up over 12,000 sq mtr of land. It will comprise a single tower of basement+G+25 floors with ground, first, second and third floor for shops and upper floors for office spaces, hotel with 336 rooms, banquet hall, conference room, lifestyle retail, anchor stores, gourmet dining, six-screen multiplex, among others The estimated cost of the project is Rs 380 crore. As per the latest developments gathered by Projects Today, work on the project is expected to commence by February 2019 and get ready by the end of 2022.
