Sharni Hydro Power plans to set up 9.6 MW Sharni hydel-based power unit in Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh, for which the company signed a concession agreement on 7 June 2007.
The project aims to occupy over seven ha of land. the promoter has obtained the land nearly after two years of initiating the project Besides, financial closure was underway. Once the government grants forest clearance, the project will be taken up on build-own-operate-transfer (BOOT) basis |
