The project has been registered under Andhra Pradesh RERA The residential complex features five blocks of G+14 floors which will occupy 1.22 lakh sq mtr of land. The complex is supported with modern amenities like world-class clubhouse, library, banquet hall, indoor games, cafeteria, spa and salon, gymnasium guest rooms, swimming pool, shuttle courts, squash court, outdoor tennis court, basket ball courts, cricket practice net, walking and jogging track, etc Chennai-based Asia Engineering Company is associated with the project as the contractor. Vap Engineers is the structural engineer, and architectural design of the complex is designed by Genesis Planners. The Rs 233 crore residential complex is expected to get ready by the end of 2019 |
