The promoter received environment clearance from the State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA) Kerala in March 2018 The warehouse worth Rs 30.57 crore will occupy eight acre of land. Alpine officials confirmed with Projects Today that work on the warehouse was likely to commence by early August 2018 |
